The ITC hosts two annual conferences every year: the Fall Meeting and the Spring Meeting.
These events allow members and invited guests to review developments affecting Section 337 and practice before the ITC, often with prominent international trade practitioners, agency officials, and commentators.
Annual Fall Meeting
Held in October or November, the Fall Meeting offers robust programming, beginning with afternoon presentations addressing such topics as:
- changes to ITC policy and practice,
- trends, statistics, and new developments,
- Administrative Law Judges' practices and proclivities, and
- practitioner insights on developing areas of law.
These presentations are followed by a reception for the Section 337 bar, dinner, and a keynote address.
Held in April or May, the Spring Meeting features an abbreviated program consisting of a reception, dinner, and keynote address, allowing attendees to connect more informally with officials from the ITC, CBP, and other government agencies, corporate representatives, and members of the Section 337 bar.
Past keynote speakers include Judge Kimberly A. Moore and Judge Kathleen M. O'Malley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Materials from the Annual Fall Meeting and Spring Meeting are available below to members of the ITCTLA once logged in.
