The 337 Reporter: Paul J. Luckern Summer Associate Edition is an annual fall publication featuring articles published by law students taking an in-depth look at legal issues and practice notes concerning Section 337 litigation.  Every year, the top articles, marked with an asterisk below, are selected and honored at the ITCTLA Annual Fall Meeting, where copies of the printed journal are distributed.
