ITCTLA Membership Provides Many Benefits, Including:
Programs and Meetings
ITCTLA members may attend the Spring Meeting, the Fall Annual Meeting, and the Association’s Brown Bag Lunch Programs. These events allow members and invited guests to review developments affecting Section 337 and practice before the International Trade Commission, often with prominent international trade practitioners, agency officials, and commentators.
ITCTLA members receive a subscription to the 337 Reporter, the only newsletter devoted to articles, case highlights, and news of Section 337 practice, as well as members-only access to website archives of 337 Reporter contents and data.
ITCTLA members have the opportunity to join one or more of the Association’s active standing committees, such as the Amicus and ITC Rules Revisions Committees.
ITCTLA members are listed in a searchable directory on the ITCTLA website
Summer Associate Opportunities
The ITCTLA provides opportunities for summer associates to write and publish articles relating to Section 337 practice for the Summer Associate Edition of the 337 Reporter, and presents awards to the best summer associate authors.
